Inmaculada Pineda joined the Firm in 2007 and became partner in 2017.
Her international practice is focused on:

- High-net-worth individuals.
- Foreign investors tax advice.
Inmaculada provides general tax advice to high-net-worth individuals, advise on tax planning and on their tax obligations. From the international point of view, she has extensive experience and is actively engaged with tax advice to Spanish companies, multinationals and investment funds with regard to their real estate investments in Spain, and with the design and implementation of international investment structures.
Inmaculada has an Economic and Business Law Degree from the Vigo University, holds a Master of Science in Tax Law and Tax Advicing from the Center of Financial Studies in Madrid, and has a course in General Management and Leadership from the Cambridge Judge Business School (University of Cambridge) in the United Kingdom.
Lecturer and author of various publications on tax matters, Inmaculada collaborates on a regular basis with national and international media.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
Inmaculada speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese and Galician.
