WHAT IS THE
ETHICS CHANNEL?

The Ethical Channel of BLT Law and Tax, S.L. is the internal reporting system set up to allow the communication of potential legal breaches, unlawful conduct, or non-compliance with the company’s internal policies. It operates in accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, which regulates the protection of individuals who report legal infringements and aims to combat corruption, as well as with all other applicable regulations on corruption prevention and whistleblower protection.

This system also complies with current data protection laws, ensuring that all information is processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner.

The Ethical Channel ensures confidentiality, protects the identity of the person reporting the information, and prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.

All reports will be handled carefully, objectively, and impartially, while respecting the rights of all parties involved at all times.

TO PRESENT A COMMUNICATION?

The Ethical Channel provides the following ways to report potential irregularities:

In writing:

  • By completing the form available on the designated platform

  • By post, addressed to:

Verbally:

  • Through the recording system available on the platform, with the option to remain anonymous

  • At the request of the reporting person, through a meeting that may be held in person, online, or by telephone

The internal reporting system allows anonymous submissions. However, providing your identity is recommended where possible, as it helps ensure proper handling, follow-up, and investigation of the reported facts.
